When will I receive my quote?
If you request a quote online, our instant quote system can provide an estimate within minutes. You can also receive a quote by calling and speaking with a member of our team.
Some of my furniture needs dismantling or taken down. Will you do this for me?
Of course. Our removal teams arrive fully equipped with the tools required for dismantling furniture. We simply ask that you let us know in advance what needs to be dismantled so we can plan accordingly.
How much notice do I need to give before I move?
We recommend giving at least one week’s notice, as our schedule can fill up quickly. However, if you need to move at shorter notice, please contact us — we may still be able to accommodate you.
Are there any extra charges?
No. All our quotes are fixed, with no hidden fees or surprise charges. If your moving requirements change after receiving your quote, we will recalculate and confirm the updated price with you before proceeding.
How long will the move take, and how many movers will be involved?
The duration of the move and the size of the team depend on the nature of your move. Once we know the volume of items, collection address, and destination, we will provide an estimated timescale and team size.
Can you dispose of or recycle unwanted furniture?
Yes. Simply let us know which items you would like removed or recycled when requesting your quote, and we will include it in the price.
Can I travel in the van with the movers?
Yes, as long as there is available space in the van, you are welcome to travel with us.
How do you transport clothes?
We use specialist wardrobe boxes to keep your clothes hanging during transit, helping to minimise creasing and keep garments protected.
Can I keep the wardrobe boxes?
Our wardrobe boxes are usually reused for future moves. However, you are welcome to purchase wardrobe boxes if you would like to keep them.
Do you charge extra for weekend moves?
No. Our rates remain the same throughout the week, including weekends.
How do you transport TVs and fragile items?
All televisions and delicate items are carefully wrapped using protective padding and moving blankets, then securely positioned inside the van to minimise the risk of damage.
What happens if I have more or fewer items than originally quoted?
Please let us know as soon as possible if your moving requirements change. We will update your quote accordingly to ensure it reflects the revised workload.
Do you provide packing materials and moving boxes?
Yes. We can provide packing boxes and materials either as part of our full packing service or separately if you prefer to pack your belongings yourself.
Are my belongings insured during the move?
Yes. Your belongings are covered while in our care and during transportation for added peace of mind.
Do you offer packing and unpacking services?
Yes. We offer full and partial packing and unpacking services to make your move as stress-free as possible.
Do you handle office or commercial removals?
Yes. In addition to house removals, we also provide office and commercial moving services.
Can you move large or specialist items such as pianos?
Yes. We can move large, heavy, or specialist items. Please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Do you offer storage services?
Yes. We can provide short-term and long-term storage solutions if needed during your move.

What should I do before moving day?
We recommend packing personal items securely, labelling boxes clearly, and ensuring access points are clear before our team arrives.
