1. Services
Atlas Removal provides house removals, office relocations, packing services, and secure storage solutions across the United Kingdom. All services are subject to availability and written or confirmed booking.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking date.
Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
Prices may vary depending on access, distance, and volume of items.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the booking may be rescheduled without charge.
Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit.
We will always try to accommodate rescheduling where possible.
4. Liability & Damages
We handle all items with care and professionalism.
Customers are responsible for informing us of any fragile or high-value items.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage or items not properly packed unless packing service is provided by us.
Optional insurance may be available upon request.
5. Storage Terms
Stored items remain the property of the customer at all times.
Customers must provide accurate item descriptions.
Storage fees must be paid on time to avoid access restrictions.
We are not responsible for items not collected within agreed storage terms.
6. Access to Storage
Access to storage units must be arranged in advance.
Identification may be required before access is granted.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure all items are ready for collection at the agreed time.
Provide accurate addresses and contact details.
Ensure parking/access is available for vehicles where required.
8. Changes to Terms
Atlas Removal reserves the right to update these policies at any time. The latest version will always apply to all services.
